Don’t do it. Don’t drink the Kool Aid. Don’t go see Bruno this weekend. Go see The Hurt Locker instead! Ooooorrrr…. I Love You, Beth Cooper, whatever the hell that is? I believe it to star Hayden Pannttiesinabunch, but I’m not this movie’s target demographic anymore so I’m not completely sure. The title has the very unfortunate effect of reminding me only of John Tucker Must Die… which is, well, not a good thing that’s for sure. But hey! It’s directed by Chris Columbus, so – wait. The last good thing he did was Home Alone. Scratch that. This is not a recommendation.
Back to The Hurt Locker. I’m very sad that this is not in wide release. In fact, I’m not sad I’m pretty ticked about it. I haven’t seen this movie, but I can say with certianty that it’s going to be awesome and I’m definitely going to carve out some time to go see it. You should too.
I’m also weirdly fascinated by Valentino: The Last Emperor. I think I shall try to catch this one as well. You? Whatchoo planning to see this weekend?
