worst stuff ever

So… yeah. I have no words. I mean really, I have no words. I’ve been trying to come up with something to say that is appropriate to how bad this is since the trailer was released earlier this week. Do you know why it’s so bad? Because to anyone who is not a fan, it will look good. That’s why it’s so bad. Keep reading…

Well, it would appear that it’s not true. Or at least, it’s one heck of a PR job. Variety is reporting that Stephen Sommers was never asked to leave the movie and that he, in fact, has final cut. So whether it’s true or not, let’s look at this situation for a moment, shall we? Keep reading…

Sometimes I just don’t understand what happens in the development rooms over at Rubies. I mean someone had to design these, then create them, them present them to a boardroom full of people who – presumably – all nodded their heads and slapped each other on the backs in congratulations. That’s the only possible way, right? The people at Rubies have to think these are good… right?

While I don’t think they could possibly leave out their best character, but really, why would you need to PURCHASE a Rorschach costume? Pants. Trench coat. Stocking mask with ink blot of your choice. Shoes. Gloves. Hat. Scarf. If you can’t make that yourself, you’re either five years old or I just feel sorry for you.

Here they are below, the worst set of costumes to come from any superhero movie in many, many years. Let’s give the contract for the Joe costumes to these guys and make the fail complete.

Less than 30 days now. Who will be right? Me and Alan Moore or the madding crowd…. We shall see, we shall see….
